Dre was highly recommended to my partner and me by one of our co-workers, who is also a realtor. After meeting him for the first time, we both knew he was the right realtor for us. He presented as professional, methodical, and knowledgeable, and his demeanor really put us at ease. We were immediately comfortable around him. As we continued working with him and getting to know him, we also found Dre to be reliable, patient, and attentive. As first time homebuyers, this was exactly what we were looking for. He's exceptional at all the things you want him to be exceptional at: scheduling and coordinating showings, letting us take our time in the houses, walking us through the paperwork and the processes with remarkable patience, even when we asked the same question multiple times. Where Dre really shines, though, is in his responsiveness. He was always incredibly communicative with us about his availability, and he was more than willing to take calls or have extensive text message chats at all times of the day. It felt like we were his only clients, which we certainly were not, but that was level of attention and focus he gave us. One example stands out above the rest: There was a new house on the market we really wanted to see on the first day it opened (a Saturday), but Dre was unable to take us to a showing himself since he was out of town, something he had told us about two weeks in advance. We wanted to make sure we were the first people in there, though, and he went out of his way to make it happen by connecting us with one of his other agents who was available. We ended up loving the house and wanted to submit an offer. At the drop of a hat, while he was on vacation, Dre got on the phone with us for 45 minutes to talk about the house and start drafting up an offer. We continued communicating with him periodically through the rest of the afternoon, getting things squared away with the language. Fast forward to three days later, and we had an accepted offer! I can honestly say that I don't think we would have gotten our house if Dre hadn't willingly sacrificed part of his vacation time for us. He is not just a team player; he is a cheerleader and a coach too. He made sure we felt supported throughout the entire process, and it gave us such a positive experience as first-time homebuyers. His reputation truly precedes him; we're so grateful for the initial recommendation, and for the above-and-beyond service we received from Dre!
